I have no dial tone to my phones.

How do I know if the problem is with the phone line or with my phone?

First Check the telephone company box outside of your business or house. By plugging in a standard home phone to the box you can determine if dial tone exists there. If you hear a dial tone, the problem is not with the phone line coming into your home or business.
